Tell me about your elopement

Meet Fiona

For more than 30 years, I’ve photographed people with warmth, instinct and an editorial eye—creating honest images that feel as alive as the day itself.

Based in Wānaka, I photograph elopements and intimate weddings throughout Queenstown, Central Otago and across New Zealand. After more than 30 years behind the camera, I know how to keep a day calm, flexible and beautifully paced.

My approach blends documentary storytelling with an editorial eye. I’ll gently guide you when it helps, step back when the moment needs space, and make sure the photographs still feel like you.

Before moving south, I spent decades as an editorial and commercial photographer in Auckland, working across magazines and television and photographing everyone from families and artists to Stephen Fry and John Travolta.
